Patrick Kennedy and Seamus McNulty didn’t just become business partners — they’ve been friends since childhood. That bond has followed them across three continents and two decades in hospitality, from their early days in Ireland to London’s demanding bar scene, through Australia’s vibrant hospitality scene, and finally to New York City.Along the way, they learned the same lesson in every city:

From a custom Guinness system poured to perfection, to top-of-the-line cocktails and a beautiful atmosphere that invites you to stay — every detail reflects two friends who’ve spent their lives learning what hospitality should feel like, and are finally building it their way, right here in New York.The space itself was designed by Tina Ramchandani and brought to life by Indigo Interiors — a fitting home for everything Patrick and Seamus set out to create.
